The Canadian Homeowners & Renters Association (CHA) is a Not-For-Profit Association, founded with a Goal to bring peace and financial strengths by educating Homeowners and To-Be Homewoners. CHA brings to their doorstep quality and creative savings using independent contractor system. The Advisory Board and Executive members of the association come from a diverse and varied professional background with vast amounts of management experience. As CHA continues to grow, it strives to help people with genuine needs.
- On property taxes issues, fair market assessments.
- Dealing with issues between New Home Buyers and builder's associations like Tarion etc.
- Help solving Landlord/Tenant disputes.
- Helping in communities issues with the help of local police authorities.
- Help support charities through reputable charity organizations like Lions International etc.
- Create Secure Watch programmes in communities to create safe environment
The Canadian Home Owners Association, CHA, has been designed to benefit one and all of the Homeowners in the areas of Ontario and eventually spreading its wings to all over Canada. Members would benefit in buying, owning, managing and maintaining home’s with improved knowledge and reduce cost. CHA at this point provides well over 20 services and benefits including most important Group Health Insurance , 30 minutes free legal advice 3 times a year and very soon bringing to its members Group Auto and Home Insurance benefits which will give it’s members significant savings, besides the savings they are already enjoying. With well over 100K members CHA will be with you at every step of your need.
MISSION STATEMENT
The most important focus of CHA is to stand by for it's members rights when needed the most either they are homeowner's today or to be.
Along with that CHA is always working to develop quality membership of homeowners and to be homeowner with suitable criteria enhancing their financial strengths by bringing Quality Savings, Quality Suppliers, Quality Benefits, Quality Services, Quality Knowledge, and represents their vital needs and interests in the community, public at large and private sectors of the industry.
In fulfilling the above challenge CHA on the behalf of its members would constantly;
- Search, Outsource and Negotiate with reputed suppliers getting group rates.
- Bring Quality Education about all the aspects of homeownership by bringing qualified speakers, experts and professionals in various fields.
- Supervise and Disclose transparencies in various Mortgage products, Interests rates and other financial instruments
- Represent Members in all related matters creating a strong voice and defense in public and private sector.
- Protect the Work and Interest of our members in various services offered by our vendors by making sure it was complete and to the best of your satisfactions.
- Release information’s and data to community, public and media in the simplest possible format.
